Hidayat Osman

A seasoned coach and sport scientist with more than a decade of experience across high-performance environments and personal training spaces.

Hidayat has worked with professional and national athletes, including serving as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Singapore National Football Team and as a Senior Lecturer at the National Youth Sports Institute (NYSI). His experience spans roles in education, elite sports, and para-sport, showcasing his versatility and leadership in the field.

Currently, Hidayat is focused on helping clients develop and succeed in attaining their goals. He finds fulfilment in witnessing their progress and takes pride in contributing to their overall development into healthier, fitter individuals.

Hidayat possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing him to identify areas of improvement and design effective, individualised training programs. He also has a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life, motivating them to overcome challenges and achieve long-term success.
