Liyana Ong

Liyana is a Coach who has been working with kids and youth since 2017, coaching individuals aged 2 to 17 years old while also leading adults in group fitness settings.

Her coaching approach is centred around building good movement and developing strength through discipline, while keeping training engaging and enjoyable.

With experience as a multi-sports and rugby coach, as well gym coaching experience, Liyana brings a well-rounded and adaptable coaching style that caters to both youth development and adult fitness. Her sessions focus on creating strong foundations, improving movement quality, and building long-term consistency.

As an athlete, Liyana is currently a Singapore Rugby 7s player, and has competed in Rugby 15s in Belfast with Queen’s University, as well as representing Singapore in Rugby 15s. Her athletic background directly influences her coaching, bringing real performance experience into every session.
