Train Smart. Grow Strong.

Are you looking to develop your child's athletic potential? Our the youth program is carefully designed around the long term athlete development model for ages 12-15 years.

During this period often we see the start of the growth-spurt, Peak-Height Velocity (PHV), and menarche. These are important markers to identify sensitive periods of accelerated adaption to training and inform what is developmentally appropriate. The physical, mental, and emotional maturity of individuals will develop at different rates. We believe that youth athletic development comes from a wide variety of movement stimulus, building movement literacy before weights and educating how to safely lift and act in the gym environment. Our Youth ADM will challenge your kid as they work through our tiered syllabus of progression.

Kids are not just mini adults, they need a carefully monitored program following their maturation process to be able to thrive in their sport and build long term health and fitness.
