We provide high quality and expert personal training in a 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 fashion. Our trainers will consult with you regarding your past training experience and injury history. Then work with you to develop a sustainable and achievable direction for your fitness goals.

Our trainers are capable to help with all sorts of training goals and focus, however, unique to Singapore our trainers are all specialised in sports performance strategies, helping you best prepare for your sport to perform at a higher level, or remain fit healthy to play your sport.

We offer a free 60 minute consultation where you can discuss your training options with a coach, take a tour of the gym & go through a series of baseline tests to pick up an imbalances or limitations to ensure we are able to program effectively upon you starting your fitness journey. Whether your goals are around a sport, body composition, end stage rehab, or just to live a healthier life, one of our experienced coaches will help guide you along the journey.
