Currently the Lead Physio for the Singapore Rugby National 15's program, he specialises in shoulder, knee, and ankle injuries, using a personalised, performance-focused approach to help clients recover stronger.

No, you don’t - Whether you're managing daily aches or recovering from surgery, our physiotherapists apply the same expert care, structured approach, and performance-focused mindset used with elite athletes to help you move better and feel stronger.

Do I need a referral to see our physiotherapists?

Typically no, but some insurance plans or healthcare systems may require one. Please check your personal policy. 

What conditions do our physiotherapists treat?

We  treat a wide range of conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological disorders.

How is physiotherapy different from chiropractic or massage therapy?

Physiotherapy focuses on overall movement restoration and function through exercise and education, while chiropractic care focuses on spinal adjustments, and massage therapy centers around soft tissue manipulation.

What happens during my first appointment?

Our physiotherapist will take a detailed history, assess your movement and function by performing some tests, then begin treatment developing a rehab plan.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and provides access to the area being treated.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on the condition, severity, and how well you respond to treatment. Your physio will give you a personalised plan.

Is physiotherapy painful?

Some discomfort can occur, especially when working through stiffness or recovering from injury, but your physio will work within your tolerance.

Do I need to do exercises at home?

Yes, home exercises are often a key part of the treatment and help speed up recovery and prevent future issues.
