Deborah Lee

Deborah is a physiotherapist who brings an athlete's perspective to rehabilitation, combining clinical precision with real-world performance demands. She has over seven years of clinical experience across sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation and has been a physiotherapist for national squads including Netball Singapore, Singapore Gymnastics, and the Singapore Basketball Association.

Deborah's strength lies in analysing complex movement patterns and the unique physical demands of each sport. She has a particular interest in shoulder and upper limb rehabilitation, especially for overhead athletes across racket and team sports, helping clients restore stability, confidence, and performance after injury. She also brings four years of experience at the Singapore Sports Medicine Centre at Changi General Hospital (SSMC@CGH), managing a caseload centred on post-operative ACL rehabilitation, alongside ankle and shoulder reconstructions.

She works with both athletes and active individuals, guiding them through holistic, strength-based rehabilitation from early recovery through to return-to-sport and long-term performance. A former competitive squash player alongside her national Ultimate Frisbee career, Deborah treats every client like a teammate, not just a patient, building trust and setting clear, personalised goals at every stage of rehabilitation.
