Sahail Solihin malik

Sahail is an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for helping active individuals perform at their best. His work spans a wide range of sporting environments, giving him valuable insight into the demands of training, competition, injury prevention and performance.

He graduated from La Trobe University, Australia in 2017 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. He began his career at the National University Hospital (NUH), where he gained extensive experience managing post-operative conditions. During this time, he developed a strong interest in rehabilitation following ACL reconstructions, Achilles Tendon repairs, and Bankart repairs.

With a strong background in sports physiotherapy, Sahail has provided on-site medical coverage across multiple sports. These include serving as the physiotherapist for the Singapore Taekwondo Federation, as well as providing medical coverage for matches and tournaments in rugby union, rugby league, Australian football matches, national wrestling trials, and cycling events. Outside of clinical work, Sahail actively trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and represented the Wrestling Federation of Singapore at the Southeast Asian Championship in the Grappling category.

Sahail believes in delivering patient-centred care through a strong therapeutic alliance. He takes a progressive approach to rehabilitation, using various forms of strengthening exercises and functional training to help clients return to daily function and sport safely and effectively.

  • Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms)

  • Functional Range Release – Lower Limb (FR)

  • BCLS + AED Certified
