Coach Mark is a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach who currently working with Albirex Niigata FC and Wolves Women’s Rugby. A former national rugby player for Singapore, he now coaches athletes across a wide range of sports and levels—from youth development to professionals and international competitors.

With a lifelong passion for sports, Coach Mark dedicated himself to a full-time rugby career while pursuing his education, eventually transitioning into the fitness industry as a group fitness coach and personal trainer.

After years of honing his craft, he became an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach and now supports athletes in team and individual sports, including football, rugby, tennis, volleyball, and swimming. His experience spans elite levels such as NCAA Division 1, international competitions, and professional athletes.

A former Team Singapore representative in both Rugby 7s and 15s, Mark competed across Asia, including matches in Malaysia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Korea, and Hong Kong. Today, he works closely with performance specialists to build athlete-focused programs that drive peak performance.

Mark is also deeply committed to youth athletic development, advocating for long-term progress through structured and individualised programs.

He holds a Diploma in Sports and Leisure Management, which grounds his training approach in wellness, health and safety, kinesiology, and weight management—helping his clients balance performance goals with everyday life.
