With a genuine passion for strength and conditioning, Martin excels at helping athletes build robust physical foundations through structured, sport-considerate training. His coaching prioritises developing strength, coordination, and resilience in a way that transfers effectively to sport, while reducing injury risk and supporting long-term progression.
As a former rugby and basketball player, Martin brings an athlete’s perspective to every session. He understands the physical demands of training and competition, and uses this experience to create programmes that are both practical and effective, balancing performance outcomes with longevity.
