Joshua Tai
Joshua (@joshtaiqijun) strives to guide you in achieving your athletic and performance goals. He takes pride in teaching you to first move well with proper form and technique, and then translate that improved physical fitness into greater sports performance.
He has been working with national athletes from running, cycling, rowing, badminton and hockey in their preparation to compete in the SEA Games and Asian Games. He believes in an evidence-based practice, by designing training programmes that are highly specific and tailor-made according to individualized needs and preferences. After identifying your goals, suitable and appropriate assessments will be conducted regularly to monitor the progress. This helps to hold yourself accountable and visualize the improvements made.
